My take on the scam is scam started in 2011 where fake LOUs was issued which is kind of bank guarantee where you can raise money from another bank. What I believe is such a big amount cannot have surpassed the eyes of even higher banking authorities. How can only Deputy Manager can do everything and that too of the only single or just a couple of branches without any other authority's Notice? Now, this scam may have extended till 2017 or 2018 as 11k crores are not given in one transaction only and Allahabad bank, State bank and Axis Bank is also in this chapter. Whether fresh LOUs were issued or not is not clear therefore it is too early to comment on it. If scam also extended during NDA tenure, it would be a blot on this govt that it failed to curb corruption in its tenure. Protest against the film 'Padmaavat' turned violent on Tuesday evening when the unidentified group of people attacked after the march by Karni Sena. Single screen theatre complex of Cinemax and three malls Himalaya, Ahmedabad One and Acropolis was under attack by the mob. These happened even after the theatres had decided not to screen the film in their respective theatres. Windows of four-wheeled vehicles were smashed and bikes were set to fire parked outside these places. In the rampage, more than 150 four-wheelers and bikers were damaged. You need to see what Rajput Karni Sena asked "Kshatriya Jawans" to do to boycott the release of Padmavat. Mahipal Singh Makrana, who is the president of Rajput Karni Sena called on "Kshatriya" jawans to put their arms on the border and not to eat mess food for one day to show their protest against the release of Padmavat. As soon as I read the news, it took no time to realise that to what extent can they go to ban a movie. They are seen openly threatening theatre houses who'd release the film anywhere in India even after the rule out of Supreme Court.
